ON-SITE SHOP FOR YOUR PROJECT OR TURNAROUND

Do you struggle with efficient and transparent checking in and out of the project tools? Hiring tools and equipment can be a high cost item if not properly recorded or managed. There are also the necessary inspections and checks to take into account. We can fully manage this on your behalf with our special on-site shop formula – an on-site warehouse. We can set up a specially designed Indu-Tools container shop at your project or turnaround location within a day: a fully-fledged warehouse with check in/out counter. We thoroughly discuss your wishes and needs before the start of your project or turnaround, then use this information to plan the layout of the warehouse and discuss the possible deployment of a skilled warehouse employee. During the project or turnaround, we will maintain close contact with you to monitor status and progress, in orderto deal with any peaks and off-peaks. This means you will always have the right tools and equipment available at the right time throughout your project or turnaround.

Our barcode registration system guarantees a smooth process for checking in and out during a project or turnaround. All our tools and equipment have a unique barcode, so just one click of the barcode scanner simply registers everything in our system. As a result, there is always an overview of when tools or equipment are out or have been returned.

YOUR ON-SITE TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT REPORTING

Our system offers you complete control and transparency for the use of the various tools and equipment. Our documentation and reporting provide you with an up to date hire overview and hire history at a glance, as well as the personal administration system. This information will help you manage your project or turnaround more easily.

 

The personalised badge system can be used for even more detailed reporting, if required. In concrete terms, this means that your employees receive a personal badge prior to the start of the project or turnaround. They can use this badge to pick up and return tools or equipment needed for the project or turnaround, by going to the check in/out counter where the items are registered per person. This means you’ll have more control and insight into the costs for a specific part of your project or turnaround, and allows you to manage the use of PPE, consumables, and other items more efficiently.

 

SALE AND ISSUE OF PPE & CONSUMABLES ON SITE

The personal protective equipment (PPE) and consumables can be handed out to each person directly when issuing the various tools on site. This way, you can be sure your employees are using the correct and approved PPE and consumables. It will also allow you to properly manage the use of – for example – safety gloves and glasses, ear protection, grinding discs and such, through the personal badge system.
