Our documentation and reporting provide you with an up to date hire overview and hire history at a glance, as well as the personal administration system. This information will help you manage your project or turnaround more easily.
The personalised badge system can be used for even more detailed reporting, if required. In concrete terms, this means that your employees receive a personal badge prior to the start of the project or turnaround. They can use this badge to pick up and return tools or equipment needed for the project or turnaround, by going to the check in/out counter where the items are registered per person. This means you’ll have more control and insight into the costs for a specific part of your project or turnaround, and allows you to manage the use of PPE, consumables, and other items more efficiently.
SALE AND ISSUE OF PPE & CONSUMABLES ON SITE
The personal protective equipment (PPE) and consumables can be handed out to each person directly when issuing the various tools on site. This way, you can be sure your employees are using the correct and approved PPE and consumables. It will also allow you to properly manage the use of – for example – safety gloves and glasses, ear protection, grinding discs and such, through the personal badge system.
